At Birdfy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your birdwatching experience. If your product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Birdfy account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and bird feeder components to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
